Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please note that our products are custom-made and built to order, and we cannot accept returns once they have been used.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Please note that returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee, which covers the work and time invested in processing and preparing each order.
We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel your order. Customers are allowed to cancel their orders within 24 hours of placing the order. Once 24 hours have passed, the manufacturing process begins, and cancellations are prohibited.
If you wish to cancel your order after 24 hours, please wait for the delivery of the product. Once delivered, we can discuss refund and return accommodations.
Non-Delivery of Order
If you have not received your order within the specified delivery time frame and it has been over 30 days, we will initiate a thorough investigation with the carrier to locate your package. If the package cannot be located, you will be eligible for a full refund under our 100% money-back guarantee.
